Established in 2010, CrossFit 916 a 7200 square foot facility with a 6000 square foot yard, is the oldest and largest CrossFit gym in Elk Grove. Our program utilizes standard fitness practices- cardiovascular/endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
